Tension

Complexity in social relation and job construct may creates the tension in individual.

But we should try to understand the fact that "Tension" is no cure to any problem, instead itself is problem creator :

The moment you are in tension,

you loose your attention,

you are then in confusion,

you will then feel irritation,

you will then spoil personal relation,

you will ultimately get no co-operation,

you will then increase complication,

you will then have BP acceleration,

you will then be under medication.

Instead,

you must understand the situation,

you must think about some solution,

you must solve it by discussion,

you will be better in your profession,

you must not think it's my free suggestion,

you have it only for your consideration,

and if you understand my intention,

You will never have tension.
