In Blogger it is simple to transfer your posts (all or selected) from one blog to another without loosing any post or their comments. I can tell you two methods for doing this which is simple and safe.
1. By changing Blog Address: If you want to shift your all the post of a blog to another. Then simply you can go for publishing your blog with some another name. This can be done by:-
(a) Sign in to your Blogger Account.
(b) Go to Settings > Publishing.
(c) Chose some another name for your blog. [This is the subject to availability]
(d) Click SAVE SETTINGS button at below.
(d) Click SAVE SETTINGS button at below.
2. Exporting and Importing of Blog: If you want to shift only some selected post to another (preexisting/new) blog then you can follow this method.
(a) Go to Settings > Basic. (of blog whose post is to be transferred to another one)
(b) Click on Export blog and save it to your PC in XML format.
(c) Go to your new blog location Setting > Basic and Import blog
(b) Click on Export blog and save it to your PC in XML format.
(c) Go to your new blog location Setting > Basic and Import blog
(without tick the publish automatically) from you PC saved location XML file.
(d) Publish selected posts.
(e) Delete unwanted posts.
(d) Publish selected posts.
(e) Delete unwanted posts.
Important: This method can also be used when you wanted to migrate from one blogging service to another for your blog.

instead of transferring once post you go for renaming of blog itself.
